Bájoc Music guarantees all its products are in good functioning condition, are described accurately, and are made to the specifications that were agreed upon at the time of order.  As a result, all sales of custom-made instruments, leadpipes, and mouthpieces are final.  If you are not satisfied with your product purchase within 7 days of receipt, please email

  • Bájoc Music must be notified within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a return or refund.
  • The sale of all custom-made instruments, leadpipes, and mouthpieces is final.
  • An additional restocking fee may be applied for any damage, cleaning, or other work needed to return the product to sellable condition.
  • All returned Bájoc products must be in original condition and must include original packaging, accessories, and paperwork.
  • No returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (within 3-5 business days). If payment was originally made by check, a check will be issued and mailed to you.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet: 1) check your bank account again; 2) contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted); 3) contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).

Sale items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

  • Products must be appropriately packaged and secured. You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs related to the return of your item (even on items with free shipping & handling). Shipping costs for primary orders are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. For your protection, be sure to keep the tracking information. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
